We stick to 6 recipes. You can find those recipes (including) HERE.
How many meals are volunteers requested to make?
As many or as little as you want! Ideally, we would to have volunteers that regularly make 3-5 meals a month. But if 1 meal, 1 time is what you can do – we will take it!
Will there be gluten free and dairy free meals available?
We are currently seeking grant money to purchase pre-made gluten free meals for those that have serious sensitivities.
Many of the recipes can be easily made dairy or gluten free with small changes.
How many meals will families receive each month?
We are hoping to send families 2-4 meals per month. At times, this depends on the number of donated meals available.
I am unable to make meals, but would still like to help.
We will need delivery drivers to bring meals to the families. We would love to have you!
